Millothy Games (MG) has a 30-day return policy. That is, thou hast 30 days after receiving thine item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, thine item must be in the same condition in which thou didst receive it, in the original shrinkwrap and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Thou shalt also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, thou canst contact Tim and Millie (MG’s head honchos) at returns@millothygames.com. Please include any relevant images of defective or damaged items (as applicable).

After MG accepts the return, thou wilt be responsible for shipping the item(s) to the address provided, and wilt be refunded upon receipt of the items at MG headquarters. Thou canst always contact MG for any return question at contact@millothygames.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect thine order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if thou receivest the wrong item, that we may evaluate and rectify the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that thou gettest what thou desirest is to return the initial item, and once the return hast been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
MG wilt notify thee once they hath received and inspected thy return, and wilt let thee know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, thou shalt be automatically refunded via thine original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for thy bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
